Shipping Options

Most orders are shipped as a package with DHL Go Green within 1–3 business days.
DHL Go Green contributes to climate-neutral shipping by investing in climate protection projects to offset CO₂ emissions.
Deliveries to parcel shops or Packstations are currently not possible.

Orders from marketplace partners are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
Marketplace items may be shipped via DHL or another service provider (e.g., DPD, GSL). The shipping provider is specified in the shipping confirmation email.
You can track your order status in My Account under “Orders” if you have registered.

Some bulky items are shipped via a freight forwarder.
Delivery information is available on the product detail page under Shipping information.
You may be asked to provide a telephone number so the carrier can arrange a delivery date.
Freight deliveries may take longer, and if part of your order is shipped via DHL, you may receive multiple deliveries.
Freight forwarders deliver to the curbside only; transport to the final installation site is your responsibility.

You can choose a Fressnapf store as the delivery option during checkout (selected markets only).
The store will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
The Fressnapf team will assist with pickup.

Currently, deliveries to parcel shops and Packstations are not available.
However, you can change the delivery location for your shipment through the DHL Portal.

Shipping by marketplace partners:

Items from marketplace partners expand our assortment.
Fressnapf items are shipped via DHL; marketplace items may arrive separately via a different provider.

Shipping by freight forwarder:

Bulky or large items are shipped via a freight forwarder with different delivery times.
You will usually be contacted by phone before delivery.

Freight forwarding delivery to the curb:

Some items are delivered to the curbside only, especially bulky items or those shipped directly from the manufacturer.
The carrier will provide the delivery day and time window in advance.
