Is there a minimum order value for my order?

• Delivery is only possible from a minimum order value of €19 (including VAT), after all discounts are applied.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

• Standard shipping costs €2.99 per order, regardless of the number of items.

• Shipping is free for orders of €49 or more.

• Orders with Click & Collect are always free of shipping costs.

• For orders exceeding a total weight of 31 kg, multiple packages may be shipped. In this case, a one-time additional fee of €2.99 per order is applied (not applicable to Click & Collect orders).

Please note: Deliveries are only possible within Germany.

Can I have my order delivered outside of Germany?

• Currently, deliveries from the German online shop are only possible within Germany.

• Fressnapf/Maxi Zoo is also present in ten other European countries for local orders.
