General Rules

• One Piece per Customer: Each customer can purchase one piece of sports equipment.
• Small Sports Equipment: No limit on the number of small sports equipment items, as long as it doesn’t exceed one per person.
• Large Sports Equipment: Limited to a maximum of 6 items per booking. For more than 6 items, contact our Customer Services Team to check for available space.

Size Allowances

For items not included in the above table or if you wish to purchase more than 6 items of large sports equipment, please contact our Customer Services Team.

How to Add:

• Online Booking: You can add sports equipment to your booking through our online booking system.
• Post-Booking: If you have already booked your flight, you can still add sports equipment through our mobile app or by logging into Manage Bookings online.

How to Pack Your Bicycle:

• Packaging: Pack the bicycle in a suitable bike bag or box.
• Protection: Remove or protect any protruding parts to avoid damage.
• Weight Limit: Ensure the packed bicycle complies with the 32kg weight limit.

Carrying Sporting or Competition Firearms:

• Requirements: Contact our Customer Services Team for specific requirements and procedures for transporting sporting or competition firearms.
• Packing: Firearms should be securely packed and adhere to our safety guidelines.
