1. Is my old product taken away?
Yes. When purchasing a new large appliance, you can request removal and environmentally responsible recycling of your old product during checkout. The appliance must be disconnected and ready for collection at the time of delivery.
2. Can I track the status of my delivery?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. For parcel deliveries, you can also track and manage your shipment via the DHL app.
3. What does the “Same Day Delivery for Large Appliances + TV” service include?
This service allows selected large appliances and TVs to be delivered on the same day the order is placed (subject to availability and postcode eligibility). Delivery includes placement in your home, with optional installation and old appliance removal services available.
4. Do I need to show a QR code when accepting my order?
For certain deliveries, especially large products, you may be asked to show a QR code upon delivery to confirm receipt.
5. What if I did not receive a QR code?
If you have not received a QR code, the delivery driver may verify your identity in another way. If needed, contact Customer Service before the delivery takes place.
6. Can I choose a delivery time slot?
For large appliances, you typically receive a delivery time window on the day of delivery. In some cases, you may be able to select or adjust your delivery day via a scheduling link sent by the delivery partner.
7. What delivery options are available, especially for large products?
Smaller products can be delivered to your home, a DHL pickup point, or collected in-store. Large products such as washing machines, refrigerators, and TVs are delivered to your home. Optional services such as installation and old product removal are available.
8. Do I have to pay for delivery?
Delivery costs depend on the product, size, and delivery method chosen. Any applicable delivery fees are clearly shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
9. Can I collect my parcel at a pickup point?
Yes. Smaller parcels can often be delivered to a DHL pickup location, depending on the product value and size.
10. How can I receive my parcel as quickly as possible?
The fastest way to receive your product is to select same-day delivery (where available) or choose in-store pickup if the item is in stock at your selected store.
11. Do you deliver to the Wadden Islands?
Yes, deliveries are available to the Wadden Islands. However, delivery times and costs may differ due to transport logistics.
