Important: Lands may be restricted depending on issuance terms. Customers can check their gift card balance online or in store. If a gift card does not function correctly, customer support can assist with validation and troubleshooting.

FAQ

• Why are not all payment methods visible at checkout? The system dynamically displays only eligible options based on factors such as basket value, product type, delivery method, transaction history, and device used.
• Can I combine multiple payment methods? In most cases, customers can combine a MediaMarkt gift card with another payment method such as iDEAL or a credit card. However, combining multiple standard payment methods (for example, two different credit cards) is generally not supported.
• Why was my Klarna “Pay Later” option declined? Klarna independently assesses each transaction according to its own internal risk and credit criteria, order value, and payment history, and MediaMarkt cannot override that decision.
• How long will it take to receive a refund? Refund timelines vary depending on the original payment method: bank transfers and card refunds typically take several working days, PayPal refunds often appear more quickly, and Klarna refunds follow their invoice adjustment cycle.
• Can I pay with cash for an online order? Cash payments are only available when customers choose “Collect in Store” and complete payment at the physical store location, as cash is not supported for home delivery orders placed online.
