Change or Cancel an Order
I want to change my order or have entered the wrong address. What can I do?
Once your order has been received, neither the contents of your order nor the delivery address can be changed by you or our customer service.
However, if your delivery is via DHL, you can request a shipment redirection through the DHL Portal or via the parcel notification you receive by email. In the DHL Portal, you can also find detailed information about:

If your package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us, and the purchase amount will either be refunded or deducted from your invoice. You can find more information about returns here.
I don’t want some items anymore. How can I return them?
If you no longer want certain items from your order, you can return them using the return label included in your package. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. If you have already paid, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.
Please note: Perishable goods such as frozen food or aquarium plants cannot be returned or withdrawn.
If your package did not include a return label, contact our customer service, and we will send one to you for free.
