Delivery Options & Costs

Standard Shipping (DHL & Hermes)

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days within Germany

• Cost:

  • Orders under €34.95: €4.95

  • Orders over €34.95: free

Douglas encourages customers to increase their order slightly if they are close to the free shipping threshold. Standard shipping is delivered directly to your home.

Express Shipping (DHL only)

• Delivery time: next working day for orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM (only on the German mainland, excluding Packstations)

• Cost: €10.95, regardless of order total

• Orders placed on Saturday are delivered the following Tuesday

Click & Collect

• Free of charge at Douglas stores

• No shipping or service fees

Additional costs may apply depending on the chosen payment or delivery method, which will be communicated before completing the order.

Important Notes

• Extreme temperatures (very low or very high) may affect the quality of certain products.

• Douglas reserves the right to limit or exclude non-standard shipping services under certain circumstances.

Parcel Station Delivery

DHL Packstations
Ideal for customers who are rarely at home:

• Over 2,500 DHL Packstations available throughout Germany

• Pickup 24/7 using mTan and customer card

• mTan is sent automatically by SMS when the parcel arrives at the Packstation

How to select a Packstation:

1. Tick "Delivery to a DHL Packstation" during checkout

2. Enter your PostNumber and Packstation number

3. Enter postal code and city

4. Use the Packstation search tool if needed

Payment Methods for Packstations:

• Douglas Card, credit card, PayPal, gift card

• Note: Account or direct debit payments are not accepted

Hermes Parcel Shops

• More than 14,000 Hermes parcel shops nationwide

• Pickup within opening hours with valid ID

• Others may collect parcels with a power of attorney

Selecting a Hermes Parcel Shop:

1. Choose Hermes as delivery method

2. Tick the box "To a Hermes parcel shop"

3. Use the search tool to find your preferred shop

4. Ensure the name matches the person collecting the parcel

Payment Methods for Hermes Parcel Shops:

• Credit card, Douglas Card, gift card

Pickup Timeframe:

• Parcels are stored for 10 working days

• If not collected, the parcel is returned to Douglas
