1. How do I find a mortgage?
Use our Mortgage Finder to explore a selection of our latest mortgage products. You can filter by reason for mortgage (e.g., first-time buyer) and type of rate to find options that could suit you.
2. Are all Skipton mortgages available to everyone?
No.

Buy to Let mortgages are not available if you haven’t had a mortgage before.

Mortgages are not available in Northern Ireland.

All mortgages are subject to lending criteria, valuation, and underwriter approval.
3. What are Loan to Value (LTV) ratios?
LTV is the percentage of the property’s value you’re borrowing. It affects the mortgage rates available to you.
