Sending a Parcel

I no longer want to use the Evri Video. What can I do?
If your parcel has already been sent, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund it. However, if you haven't yet sent your parcel, you can simply cancel and rebook your order without the Evri Video option to receive a full refund. For more details on how to cancel your order, please refer to the cancellation section below.

Can I link my Evri account to my marketplace accounts like eBay and Amazon?
Yes! You can link your Evri account to popular marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and PrestaShop. This connection helps streamline sending parcels to buyers, saving time and simplifying the process. Find more information in our detailed guide.

How will I know when my parcel has been delivered?
You can track your parcel at every stage of its journey. Our tracking service provides real-time updates so you can follow your parcel's progress. We’ve outlined the stages of delivery to make it easier for you to stay informed.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until 10pm on the day of booking. Once cancelled, a refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 3 to 5 working days.
If you need to cancel after 10pm, our customer service team will assist with the cancellation and refund process.

How do I change my order details?
If you haven't yet handed over your parcel, you can cancel your order before 10pm and rebook with the new details. A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 working days.
If you realise that your parcel is larger or heavier than originally paid for, you can cancel and rebook before handing it over to avoid additional charges.
If your parcel is oversized or overweight after booking, we will send you the additional charges and hold your parcel until payment is received.

How should I package my parcel?
To ensure your parcel arrives safely, secure it with appropriate packaging. We’ve provided a full list of dos and don’ts for packaging.
Once you’ve paid to send your parcel, you can print your label from your connected printer, or we’ll email a copy for later printing.
If you don’t have a printer, you can visit a ParcelShop to print your label using a QR code.

Can I buy cover for my parcel?
We include £20 cover on most items at no additional cost. If your parcel is worth more than £20, you can increase the cover up to £999. Please note that certain items, like china, glassware, and jewellery over £999, are not eligible for cover.

What if the recipient isn’t home when my parcel is delivered?
The recipient can request a diversion to a neighbour or another safe place if they aren't home. We will also attempt to deliver the parcel up to three times.

Where can I send parcels to?
We cover the entire UK (excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, and BFPO locations) through courier collection and ParcelShop drop-off services. Check out our price list to learn more about the available services.

I don’t have a printer, what can I do?
No printer? No problem! Visit one of our many ParcelShops with Print In ParcelShop devices. You can also scan the QR code we send you to print your label at these locations.

What if the recipient no longer wants my parcel?
If the recipient refuses the parcel upon delivery, it will be returned to you. Contact our customer service team for assistance in arranging the return if needed.

What can I send?
You can send parcels up to 15kg and 120cm in length. There are restrictions on prohibited items, which we cannot carry due to legal or safety concerns. We recommend checking our list of prohibited items before sending.

What if I can’t find an address?
If the address doesn’t appear in our finder, double-check the address details or manually enter them. If the address is correct, but still not appearing, contact the recipient or check for an alternative address.

What can I expect from your Next Day service?
Our Next Day service is our fastest delivery option. To use it, simply drop your parcel off at a Next Day ParcelShop by 12pm.

International deliveries
We offer international services to over 200 countries. You can send parcels weighing up to 15kg, tracked with £20 cover included. Check the tracking using our international site.

What time will the courier collect my parcel?
Courier collections are available between 8am and 8pm on weekdays, and between 8am and 6pm on Saturdays. We do not collect on Sundays or bank holidays.
You can also drop your parcel off at one of over 8,500 ParcelShops across the UK.

Can I change the delivery address after I’ve sent a parcel?
Yes, you can request a change in the delivery address. If it’s a simple change, the recipient may be able to divert the parcel. For more significant changes, contact our customer service team.
