ParcelShops
How do I sign up to make my shop or store an Evri ParcelShop?
If you're a business owner and are interested in becoming part of Evri's ParcelShop network, we’re looking for businesses and convenience stores that are open long hours, seven days a week. To learn more, please email our network development team with your name, business or store name, full address, and contact details at Parcelshop.networkdev@evri.com.
At this stage, we’re not considering warehouse premises or outlets offering competitor services to become ParcelShops.
Can I collect my parcel?
If your parcel is being delivered by your local courier, it cannot be collected from a ParcelShop or delivery depot. However, your courier will attempt to deliver your parcel three times. If you're not available for the next delivery attempt, you can ask your courier to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place by using the diversion option.
Can I collect a parcel from a ParcelShop?
Yes, if you know you won’t be at home when your delivery arrives, you can choose to collect your parcel from a nearby ParcelShop. During checkout, select the Evri ParcelShop option, then choose the most convenient ParcelShop for you. You can find your nearest ParcelShop online.

How do I print out parcel labels at a ParcelShop?
Over 6,400 ParcelShops offer a Print In ParcelShop service. Once you've booked your parcel, we’ll send you a code. Take this code to a ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device to print your label. Attach it to your parcel and hand it to the shop assistant to send.
How do I send parcels through a ParcelShop?
Sending a parcel is easy—just book your parcel through our app or website and choose the ‘ParcelShop Drop Off’ option. Then, drop off your parcel at a local ParcelShop at your convenience. Over 6,400 ParcelShops also offer Print In ParcelShop, making it even faster to send your parcel. You can book, print, and send your parcel in minutes. Find your nearest ParcelShop.
What is pay and print in ParcelShop?
The Pay and Print service, available at over 6,400 ParcelShops, allows you to print parcel labels if you don’t have access to a printer. Visit a ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device, enter your delivery details, and pay with Chip & Pin or Contactless. Your label will print, ready to attach to your parcel.
I’ve chosen home delivery, can I change my delivery to pick it up from a ParcelShop?
If you’ve already selected home delivery, we can’t change it to a ParcelShop delivery. However, if you’re not home for the delivery, you can divert your parcel to a safe place or a neighbour’s address. Go to our parcel tracking page, enter your 16-digit tracking number and delivery postcode, and you’ll see options for rerouting your parcel. For more details, visit our guide on how to divert a parcel.
