Check that all FUTURE APPOINTMENTS are linked to the correct referral |

Check that the patient is on the correct WAITING LISTS if applicable |

Check that the patient had an open E-WORKFLOW or task |

Check that the patient is on an active RECALL for the appropriate episode of care |

Check if they have been referred for DIAGNOSTICS and are on the diagnostic tracker pending results |
