Where is my invoice?

If you have chosen "purchase on account" as the payment method for your order, you will receive the invoice from our service provider Riverty by email after your order has been shipped.

Steps to find your invoice:

  1. Check your email inbox for the invoice from Riverty.
  2. If you can't find an invoice, please check your SPAM inbox.
  3. Log in to MyRiverty to view your invoice.
  4. If the invoice is still not found, contact Riverty Customer Service.

Why can't I use purchase on account?

Purchase on account is a payment method offered by Riverty. If you are unable to use this method, please contact Riverty Customer Service for assistance.

How can I pay with PAYBACK points?

You can pay with PAYBACK points from as little as 200 points. Simply enter the redemption amount in the shopping cart. Enter your PAYBACK customer number in My Account to automatically collect points with each order.

Direct debit / SEPA Payment via Riverty; the exact debit date is on the invoice at least five days in advance, and the account is debited within 14 days.
Credit/debit card Payment is secure and encrypted, with no data stored in the Fressnapf shop.

A: It can take up to 14 days to credit the return. Check DHL status with your return number and register returns in MyRiverty to ensure timely accounting.

Q: How can I get more time to pay?

A: You can set a payment pause in MyRiverty: 7 days free or 21 days for a small fee.
