How do I uplift a player to have RFU Registration?

How do I uplift a player to have RFU Registration?

Players who play for Men's level 8 and above or Women's level 4 and above need to be 'RFU Registered'. If a player is playing men's level 1 to 4 and women's level 1, they will be required to log in to approve their registration, and in some cases contracts, with agent approval if applicable. EQP players will also be required to approve their registrations.

Note: if a player was RFU Registered last season, they will automatically be RFU Registered this season.

HOW TO UPLIFT RFU REGISTRATION FOR A PLAYER AT YOUR CLUB

STEP 1

Navigate to the 'Player Management' Module and click on 'Registration Overview'. Click 'Approved Club Registrations' and search for the individual using the filters on the right-hand side.

STEP 2

Select the player by ticking the column on the left-hand side and click 'submit RFU Registration'.

STEP 3

Review the player's Name & Address Details, Emergency Contact, Medical Details and Playing Position..

STEP 4

Complete the required fields in the Player Nationality & EQP Application section.

STEP 5

Complete the player Contract & Agent declaration, where you will need to confirm if the player is amateur or contracted, and whether an agent was involved when contracting the player.

STEP 6

Ensure the player's identification documents are attached to their application.

If they are not, click save in the top right of the application. Return to the player's application by selecting the player and clicking 'Submit RFU Registration'.

STEP 7

The application will be sent to the RFU for their approval.

Note: if an agent was involved in contract negotiations, the application will be sent to the agent before RFU approval.
