1. Delivery Times

Are DHL's delivery times guaranteed?

  • Delivery time estimates are provided when you get a quote.

  • Estimates are for major destinations only and do not include customs clearance.

  • Transit times can vary depending on:

    • Parcel size and content

    • Origin and destination locations

    • Public holidays

  • Circumstances beyond DHL's control (e.g., weather) may also affect transit times.

  • Refer to DHL’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage for more details.

Are transit times slower from a DHL Service Point?

  • Transit times are the same for all services.

  • Parcels may not depart until the next working day if the courier has already collected parcels for that day.

  • Service Points accept parcels 7 days a week, but collection is Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Latest drop-off times for same-day collection are available at DHL Express Service Centres.

Can I arrange a Saturday delivery?

What time will my parcel be delivered by?

Pre-Midday Deliveries

  • Pre 9:00am delivery (or pre 10:30am for the USA) is available for parcels up to 30kg.

How do I track my DHL parcel?

  • Multiple tracking options are available; choose the method most convenient for you.

  • Customer Service can assist if you encounter issues or need advice on parcel status.

I have two DHL tracking numbers. Which one should I use?

  • If a label problem occurred, a new waybill number may be issued by the courier.

  • Track your parcel using the waybill number provided by the courier, not the email tracking number.
